Rowlands Castle Pharmacy

love this pharmacy it has been my local one for 3 years now and I am there quite often, I have got to know the staff quite well. They are a great bunch from my first visit they are warm and welcoming always making sure you have everything you need. Regarding prescriptions they are the most efficient pharmacy I have ever been to and never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars because they deserve more. In the current circumstances they have adhered to all regulations to make sure staff and customers are safe still delivering a high level of care and great customer service.

My husband and I have always received excellent service from Rowland’s Castle Pharmacy. The pharmacist is polite, friendly and helpful, and he guides his staff to go the extra mile especially in the last 2 terrible years of the pandemic. Eve and Brian Leach

Well what can I say, an absolutely amazing service from Pharmacist & staff.
Always willing to help & offer advice, very friendly & nothing to much trouble.
This pharmacy is not local to me but I am prepared to travel their as don't get the same excellent service from other Pharmacies.
I highly recommend this place to family & friends.

Not for the first time, absolutely shocking. To receive one prescription of a single item took 5 visits due to giving out of date medication (twice) and the wrong number of pills. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I worry about those who use them who don't have the option of going somewhere else. They also seem to think that their view of the number of pills is more important than the doctor's, having been told "that's the size of the box they come in". Absolutely awful.

What an incredible pharmacy in Rowlands Castle! Always attentive and the friendliest staff. Any problems regarding prescriptions have always been sorted within minutes. The whole team has always been helpful, friendly, and provides great smiles during their day. Definitely recommend 10/10 🥰

Brilliant Pharmacy. They go out of there way to help and advise. Deliver our prescriptions for our household. Chris the driver is lovely man. All staff very polite 😀 👍
