Worst service ever. The lady with plenty of make up was very rude and unfriendly. Never been treated as bad as this afternoon. I hope no one else will go through what we have.

Worst service ever... I gave them a prescription and one of the ladies (lady 1) said they don't have the medicines. The other, lady 2, said very friendly that unfortunately they don't have it but they can order it, and tomorrow will be ready. Then, Lady 1 interrupted saying that they're not going to order it. Without any explanation, just that. Lady 2 apologised again and kept polite. What was it? I guess the lady 1 didn't want to work. Lazy and rude.

No people skill whatsoever. I called to ask about a prescription that I have since two months to see whether they had the product now and the lady said "Sorry the prescription expired you have to get a new one" and they hung up on me. First of all prescriptions last 6 months according to the NHS. And second of all how rude of you to hung up while I was explaining the situation. Never again.

I have visited this pharmacy more than a few times now and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are honest, efficient, very welcoming, reasonable in cost and always providing a great service.

During lockdown when only essential shops should be open this chemist allows a man in its window to sell jewellery, a woman customer trys rings on & he puts them back in box uncleaned for the next customer to try on & spread Covid. Shocking. Will be informing the authorities.

Amazing service, high end pharmacy, I’ve been visiting this pharmacy since it opened and it’s definitely a flagship pharmacy on Edgware Road, staff are very welcoming and friendly too. Well stocked and reasonable prices. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service and care. Our experience has been outstanding and what made the difference is the added value of care! Last month I was travelling and needed to get a medicine with me and could not find it anywhere ….they managed to find it and they brought it home around midnight! Can’t imagine I could get such a service anywhere else! Thank you Rita.

I was really happy with the service. Two beautiful ladies helped me to order some products which I couldn't find in other pharmacy.
