Very disappointed with the service today went to whipps had a prescription for 4 items , asked if you had any and the counter person just went No and walked off, to think this is the only pharmacy near whipps that there pharmaceutical stock would be quite good 😕 and open late and on Sundays too
Won't be coming back..

Poor !
Took my child for a polio jab and the man giving the vaccination was just incompetent. Staff administering vaccinations to little children should have some compassion but this man was unskilled, handled my child roughly and outright rude.

Easy access with a modern and fresh feel to the pharmacy 😷 One thing to bear in mind is that there may be limited parking 🅿️ around there as the pharmacy is located on a main road.

Pharmacists who work in this pharmacy have shown themselves to be very patient with me whenever the GP has messed around with the prescriptions.
They have been kind to me even on the phone every time I called them to find out if they had my medications ready. The service is overall good if we consider that these pharmacists work there so many hours a day that anyone would be tired. Also, they helped me a lot with the covid vaccination as well.

Rude staff, instead of helping they give bad attitude. Called the pharmacy twice to get medicines but both times they couldn’t see the prescription online which other eventually pharmacies could see. I was wanting to get medicines early in the day to get some relief from severe bronchitis but no….one would think staff working in medical field would be humane and kind but not here. Avoid

I tried to get to the pharmacy on 29th July .On Google it says that the pharmacy is closing at 22:30 and when i arrived there wasn't any signs with opening times. There's a bell you need to ring so the sliding door opens and then you make your way upstairs. I ring the bell at 22:15 and door didn't open i tried that a couple of more times but door didn't open . Then at 22:20 a lady came downstairs, she saw me and i waved to her ,she looked very bad at me and turned of the lights in the corridor after that i couldn't see her anymore. So i decided to leave and as i was turning around my car i saw that same lady coming out of thr building so i rolled down my window and asked nicely till what time is the pharmacy open her answer was ;
"The pharmacy is now closed "
The next day my friend that was with me that same night went to the same pharmacy and told me that he saw that lady actually worked there . So she was super rude to me because she thought that i was complaining that she closed to early or something but the only thing i wanted to know was the opening times 🤷‍♂️ lady was dark skin puffy lady

Today I attended the pharmacy for a booster C19 / influenza vaccinationThe entrance doors are automatic, there is a short stair case and a lift to the second floor where pharmacy is situated. The approach to the counter is divided into two, C19 appointments /prescriptions. I was dealt with promptly and efficiently, seen within 10 miand had booster/ ‘flu jabs. The pharmacist answered all my queries and because I ordered a cab home was happy for me to sit in the waiting area until the cab arrived. All the public vaccinations were done as speedily as me. Terrible service, refused to give C19 booster even though government is urging everyone over 18 and over 3 months from their 2nd dose to get boosted. They should update their system and ask staff to keep up with the pace of covid! They are putting public at risk with their poor “system”.
