Staff are friendly enough but every time I've been in (half a dozen times in the last year), the wait to be served is ridiculous. My wife went in last week and was kept waiting for over 15 minutes. It's actually quicker to drive to Sainsburys and use their pharmacy.

My local chemist. They have all the usual items here and a prescription service. Being next-door to a busy GP surgery they are usually full. Prescription are while you wait or collect the next day. They have never let me down. Staff are friendly and quick to serve. There is advice here if needed.

Staff always seem nice enough but service is awful. Have prescription sent directly from Doctors to this pharmacy & no matter how long you leave it to pick up its never ready! Absolutely defeats the point of having it sent over electronically when you still have to wait half an hour for it! Never apolgetic, just excuses, ‘it’s Christmas’ ‘we’ve been busy’

The pharmacist at Lloyds pharmacy is one of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Every encounter I have had with this woman has been rude and/or difficult.

Today 15/10/20, she was rude over the phone and made it clear that dealing with the request was an inconvenience to her and in person she made it clear she could not be bothered. She sighed loudly at the requested made for the prescription and said things like "I'll go look AGAIN", with a tone.
The member of staff serving me was very apologetic and understanding which I am grateful for.

Nearly always a queue but every time I have been in there, they're always helpful and friendly, not like other pharmacies around the area.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. They have a seemingly endless stream of people coming in but still manage to be friendly and efficient. Definitely deserve a raise.
