Terribly slow and zombie-like staff supplemented by a plastic girl who won't budge from the computer. I waited close to fifteen minutes. For an online prescription. Which was confirmed as being ready the day before, on the telephone. Seriously!

I do like this pharmacy there so helpful and have lots of patience when dealing with there customers, just wish they would not change my perscription, but they are always happy and it's near to my doctors

Apart from Marie who is THE most helpful I find the staff rude and ignorant. On entering the pharmacy, not even a hello. Customers are ignored for at least 5 mins and the staff make me feel that I am an inconvenience. No customer service skills whatsoever and I use the pharmacy regularly. But I do need to emphasise this review does not apply to Marie as she has helped me considerably in the past

It’s a miracle if you get through on the phone to them, but then I’ve been stood in the pharmacy itself and the phones are constantly ringing and no staff picks them up, just stood around eating and talking for ages. If something messes up, they automatically just tell you it’s the doctors fault and to sort it with them. You’re completely ignored upon entering, and the staff are rude and ignorant. Even though it’s their job to help you, you are made to feel like an inconvenience.

Needed blister packs and delivery, refused both, gone to a new pharmacy Prescriptions4u, did both for free. no waiting around for these

Very rude on the telephone when I asked if they had recieved my prescription from doctors next door and in a stern voice told me in future to call after 12.

Completely useless phoned 4 times this morning they just let it ring and don't answer this is everytime and not very helpful when you go down very disappointing as there job is to help not ignore think its time to sort yourselves out
