RUDE! ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. WHEN THEY SEE YOU'RE DROWNING (SINGLE MUM WITH 4 KIDS) THEY MAKE SURE YOU DIE BY HOLDING YOU DOWN SO YOUR LUNGS FILL UP COMPLETELY! LITTLE BIT OF ADVICE IF YOU SEE A SINGLE MUM STRUGGLING TRY AND HELP INSTEAD OF PUTTING HER DOWN AND MAKING HER FEEL MORE WORST THAN SHE ALREADY DOES. FROM YOUR ANXIOUS, DEPRESSED SINGLE MUM WHO NEVER WANTS 2 LEAVE THE HOUSE AGAIN!

Absolutely horrendous care. Rude, inconsiderate. Completely unprofessional. Do not use this service.

Prescription not always ready on time. Even when they say come back. It's still not ready. Service is poor.most customer spoken to have said the same thing about poor service.

Never answer the phone .....

Went to collect a prescription, they told me it wasn't there and that I had to call the GP, called them who told me they sent it to the pharmacy 4 weeks ago, went back to the pharmacy who were then closed for lunch and they would not answer the door or the phone despite being there.

Really not good to expect people to keep going back and forwards to them and then close at lunchtime without letting anyone know.

Excellent service for many years now

I am not impressed with service as I was told by the nurse at standmore surgery when she supplied me 3 months as an emergency of the pill and the pharmacy ONLY HABE ME 2 MONTHS SUPPLY didn't tell me that I was owned one... And also I had an appointment on Friday 23rd July at standmore surgery at 10.40 and to have my blood pressure taken and send over electronically a precrsition for 6 months supply and was told it be ready for collection Saturday 24th and I go and collect it and I find out I was only given one strip from the last lot...
