Appalling service I had booked a flu vaccination some time ago and then they cancelled it at short notice. They said that ‘A member of the pharmacy team will contact you to rearrange’ but never did. So it seems that they are happy to make promises and not keep them. Do you want to trust your health to a company like this? not even a one star service

Why say you're open until 9pm when your not. Think you need to update opening hours as you're never open when you say you are.

Worst pharmacy in Fareham unfortunately I have to give it one star when it deserve none. Often shut when it should be open. Avoid at all cost

Does not even deserve a star at all. Twice due meds not available and needs ordering. Pharmacist last week will order my anti-HTN meds and will be ready by Tues this week. Came today to collect and said they don’t have it. Later was informed prescription sent back as more than 4weeks. Really? Are they serious? Their reason because they have plenty of stocks (so no space?). Unbelievable. And offered if I can check other pharmacy for my meds’ availability. You are my designated pharmacy with my repeat prescription. Is it too much to ask to do your job properly by dispensing prescribed medications on time? Or that is too much to ask? Not fit for purpose definitely. Might as well close it.

Absolutely dreadful always closed why even have a pharmacy in there if you cannot man it. Tired of excuses will go elsewhere in future
