Wow.
Disgustingly rude pharmacy staff.
Rather play with their phones than to serve customers, then kiss their teeth at you when you ask for service.
Manager didn't do anything about it, other than look at me with a blank stare.
Emailed the problem to be told " The pharmacy employee works for a separate company, so we can't do anything"
The cannot tell me exactly who employs these buffoons.
That's what they are, actual baffoons from the national academy of total idiocy.
Next time you go there, film it, I know I'm going to.
Idiots.

I visited this pharmacy an hour ago to book an appointment for flu jab. The pharmacist told me that it is closed for launch break and come after 1 hour. I haven't seen any notice for this authorised or unauthorised closure. I think Pharmacy should be covered all the time by someone. I am little bit disappointed. Otherwise, the store was neat and clean and it was not overcrowded.

Staff do have you waiting whilst they talk amongst themselves which is rude and they open too late also.

I had an excellent experience obtaining an emergency prescription from them at 7pm, which would have been exceedingly stressful at Day Lewis. The pharmacist Merina politely handed me over to Halima at the end of her shift and she dispensed exactly what I needed. Every service will have a certain amount of turnover and some customer facing staff have more bad days than others (I personally knew Sowmya who was lovely but no longer works there). Thank you Merina for your diligence at the end of your shift.

Most unhelpful and pathetic pharmacy in the area with "special" unexpected closing hours and total lack of interest to help, assist, advise or taking any responsibility. They will always say to speak to your GP. Avoid also due to eternal queues as desk people have to ask the simplest questions to the pharmacest in the back as they have no clue of what they are doing there.

Don't understand the comments about the staff on here. The staff who served me were amazing and gave my wife and I the flu vaccination when two other big chain chemists let us down. They were very friendly and helpful too. Went out of their way to accommodate us. Heroes in my book! as I was running out of options to get the vaccine. As for the comments about them having a lunch break. Good for them they deserve it! They work hard so why shouldn't they have a lunch break. It's a basic human right.

Rude staff, always keep you waiting while they talk amongst themselves. Often ask them to put repeat prescription through but when I return days after for collection only to be told there is no item and told to go back to GP. When there is a queue, only one cashier is dealing with customers while the others are just chatting.
