Brockhurst Pharmacy

Having had major problems, for several years with my previous designated Pharmacy, I didn’t need to be asked twice if I wanted to move pharmacy. Since then everything has been like clockwork. An absolutely stress free experience. So much so, I fail to work out how my previous pharmacy made everything so difficult. Thank you.

While I do like the text message facility to advise a prescription is ready, trying to actually call or email Brockhurst Pharmacy is pointless; their phone is almost always engaged and I've never had a response when I've emailed them, so trying to order my repeat prescription is not an easy task.

If you're going to offer a service, make it usable! In the 21st century, most competent companies that offer these types of services actually have an online portal where requests can be made so you aren't reliant on a single phone number or email address that apparently isn't very well monitored.

You send me a notification at 17.29 that my repeat prescription is ready for collection when I came in at 14.30 to collect it & got an apology for them running very late processing them. Poor on this occasion but normally good.

I attended yesterday with my husband to have our pre-booked Covid boosters. What lovely staff! They were vaccinating over 177 people but remained so cheerful and helpful. We were even offered the flu jab - but we had those the day before at another pharmacy. All in all a very pleasant experience, I would definitely book there next time.

I am a new customer (4 weeks) with Brockhurst Pharmacy prescription service.
Compared to the poor service I have received at another pharmacy (rude, uncaring, where I have been left without my medication) words cannot sufficiently express my gratitude to everyone at Brockhurst pharmacy.
From the speed with which you answer 'phone calls, the politeness of the staff, to the prompt, speedy delivary of medication and not forgetting courier Paul who always has a cheerful word your service is second to none.

I've only just switched to this pharmacy for my medication, and I have to say that it is a lot better than my old pharmacy.
