I live nearby here and get my medication prescribed from this establishment. It is local and friendly and accessable for all, there are precautionary measures in place regarding the Corona virus. Tablets can be brought over the counter but Christ are they expensive. 12 great British pounds for 4 tablets that are 3.99 online. This shocked me to my core in the store when I was informed the price, I almost lost my Balance. Nether the less the pharmacy is walking distance so I am please to have such a local pharmacy.

Awful service, was served whilst standing outside in the rain, not a problem at all, the rude assistant standing inside the shop, at a distance and behind a counter told me I should be wearing a mask and had a go at me, I'm outside! Not in your shop, I asked for the manager because the attitude was rude, think they were scared of her too and refused to deal with it, they won't have mine or my families business again, don't cost anything to be polite! Don't even deserve one star!

No complaints. Always happy to help and are efficient.
No matter where you go, there will always be hiccups of some sort but by-the-by they do their best.
I especially like the way they have handled the Covid 19 crisis. Doorstep sales actually work for me.

Went in with a prescription that I needed urgently. My GP had specified a particular brand of medication I needed. They refused to supply it because they said the GP had worded the prescription wrongly and that they would be out of pocket if they supplied the medication - more worried about their profits than the welfare of customers. They told me if I got the prescription reissued they could supply the medication. I then go the prescription reissued as a matter of urgency by GP, only for the pharmacy to tell me they don't hold that brand of medication. it was late on a Friday and thus, I was forced to go back to my GP and get them to issue the prescription to a different pharmacy the otherwise I would have to go without my medication for the weekend, as it it there is now no guarantee the GP surgery can reissue it for the third time, in time.

Pharmacy should have told me they don't have the brand in the first place rather than worrying about their profits.

Repeatedly late opening with numerous customers waiting for extended periods before leaving as no pharmacist arrived.

Never have I had such awful customer service....
Only wanted some pills,was ignored for about 5 minutes whilst staff were chatting and doing everything except looking after customers.
Think they all need some customer service training.ASAP

Went to the pharmacy because I had a health concern about my 3 year old child and it was too late in the day too make a Dr's appointment and I was rudely spoken too by the person on the till whilst I was asking to see the pharmacist and was told he was on lunch and didn't know when he would be back. As I was waiting for him I felt very uncomfortable. Once the pharmacist came back instead of examining my daughter privately he asked what the concern was from the back of the store whilst I was in the front of the store in front of other customers and when I mentioned I had a photo on my phone of the concern he brushed it off and told me I've checked online and forced me to buy a gel that was rather expensive and it turns out my daughter had something completely different to what he said. I'm fuming at the disgusting level of customer service I didn't get and left that place feeling humiliated and embarrassed because of the way I and my daughter were treated.

Rude and Unhelpful staff. Deals with all questions with a vague answer. Always waiting for 'a delivery' and not sure when things are due in.
Printed posters about verbal abuse to staff probably indicate how customers feel in there with their customers service. Not AT ALL caring, as you would expect.
