Pharmacy unreliable and apart from a couple of lovely helpful staff the majority very stuck up and rude, prescription never ready when supposed to be !!!

Honestly disgusted after witnessing two of your staff members abusing the younger member of staff on the till. The two individual's cant be much older than the poor girl, who despite their argogantness continued to serve me with kindness and compassion. My heart actually broke for the poor girl who quite clearly is an asset to the team there! It concerns me massively that in 2020, bullying in the workplace is still happening and even more so if that's how they behave to her in front of me I cant even begin to imagine what happens behind closed doors! Annalise and Andrea you should be disgusted of the way you spoke down to that young girl and I sincerely hope you are penalised for your actions!!!

Again went to collect asthma inhalers stating I had nothing and repeat should have been available. Leaving my self without medication again knowing what this can course

I have gone to town specifically to go to boots serval times over the last 3-4 weeks and I an fed up with it being closed. One reason given was there was no pharmacy. Why that should affect the main shop I have no idea. The last couple of times I have been it’s been shuttered up for a 2 hour lunch break… 2 hours… come on. That aside when you are able to get through the door the staff a very pleasant.

Absolutely useless. Went there on Wednesday to get a percription and was told they hadn't received it .so called them on Thursday morning to see if the percription had arrived to which I was informed it had and they had to order one of the items and it would be ready after 2pm on Friday So another trip during my work hours only to be told it was not there and the second item needed to be ordered . I said I was informed by a member of their staff it would be ready to collect on Friday it seems as though I was lied to and it was another wasted trip . Their left hand do not seem to know what the right hand is doing their staff need retraining to NOT misinformed

Awful place. Do not trust the staff's advice, thought they knew better than a Doctor who advised me to take a certain medication to help with symptoms after surgery and they refused to sell the product because the pharmacist thought they knew better. My husband went to a different pharmacy and the pharmacist said it was totally fine to take the medication the Doctor recommended.

Might be nice to advertise that they close for lunch between 13.00 and 14.00 every day so people don’t have make a wasted journey

Exceptionally helpful. Very empathetic. Thank you to the gentlemen who looked out for my daughters medication.
