Devonshire Pharmacy

I had to get some item today in emergency, and this pharmacy was the only one who had it, as Boots and others in West London had run out of it. Ladies in store were very nice and helpful with my purchase, saving the day.

This is a family run business. It is the best customer service that I have experienced in London. The pharmacist is extremely competent and helpful. Anything you need to order she will get for you. Even if you are visiting from out of town they would find a way to get your medicine to you. I would recommend very highly.

Couldn’t collect my prescription because their opening hours aren’t accurate on the website. Travelled 45 mins there and then told pharmacist is having lunch, come back in an hour. Couldn’t wait that long because of work.

Low availability of medicines only there to make money should not even be called a pharmacy

So I was travelling and due to an emergency I needed some medicine asap. I went to all the pharmacies I could find trying to get some emphatic soul who would help me regarding me being from abroad. Nobody offer me any help until I miraculously came across Devonshire pharmacy, the pharmacist there was the kindest soul I could have ever found!!!! She as a pharmacist went out of her way to make sure I could get it ordered and delivered extremely quickly so my health wouldn't detiorate even more. I will forever be grateful and I wish I could tell everyone I know to always choose this pharmacy and support this amazing family business. Will be forever grateful for their kind help and humanity. 100/10!

The lady working on te 26th May at 13:10h it is extremely rude. I went there for passport pictures and she rather prefer throwing the pictures that printed extra rather than gave them to me for 12’99. She printed more by mistake and wanted to charge me 18 for 6 more pictures that I didn’t ask for. No thank you and no passion for customer service. You will not get too far in life with that attitude!
