Occasionally cheerful but not very often. Don’t seem to have any sense of graft or customer service. Went to collect my prescription today and was stood in plain sight waiting to be served with a que starting to form while 2 members of staff stood and talked completely oblivious and another working at a snails pace to put tablets in a paper bag. Honestly, pick up the pace, not as if people don’t have things to do and places to be.

A very helpful and friendly service, I've been suffering from Vertigo and my prescription was running late on the doctors surgeries end, however, a lovely pharmacist helped me find an over the counter equivalent that worked wonders for the days I was waiting for my prescription.

The staff at Knight's Headless Cross are so warm and caring and although I am sure they must get sick of the sight of me some weeks with the amount of prescriptions this family gets through, they are always friendly and welcoming. Unsurprisingly they know me by name and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I know how hard it must be to work in a Pharmacy, dealing with ill and miserable people day in day out so I commend them on their continually pleasant demeanour and thank them for their hard work.

Just had the flu jab at walk-in clinic and it was very efficient and excellent service. Well done all.
