Very nice pharmacy but this morning there was one slight problem. People were asked to write their names and date of birth to get their prescriptions. The pen had been used by multiple people and not sanitised. When I pointed this out the assistant just stared at me. Please take your own pens. Stay safe.

Bad customer service here. They always mess up my mum's prescription (and she is on repeat prescription and can't collect herself as she's unwell). When you ask for clarification, they get frustrated and speak to you as though you don't understand the basics. My brother and I have to leave work to sort things out with them, as they regularly mess up the repeat prescription, but they still treat you in an entitled manner and speak from behind the till without directly speaking to you as though you are not there.

Also, they tell you to order your prescription one week ahead and when you do and go to collect it they state you have enough, why are you ordering more now. It's kind of ridiculous.

There's one person who wears headscarf, who is particularly rude with an attitude. When I asked her whether she could check a certain medicine, she then stated that "I've already told her we don't have it". It's unnecessary and it doesn't hurt to say things in a nice way as it's very possible that you could have made a mistake when giving the medicine on a previous date. And either way, a bit of kindness wouldn't hurt anyone. Clearly, no awareness of what constitutes to providing good customer service.

I have been dismissed by a very unprofessional pharmacist with the explanation that the medication is probably not available in the UK (medication that they have supplied in the past). She didn't even try to support me or made an effort to find other option to help me. I need this medication for a gynae problem that cause me severe bleeding and pain.
Staff always pull faces when talking about the medication, asking me loudly and in front of everyone, if the medication is a contraceptive, which is not (not that is an issue, they just make you feel like it is). The above mentioned pharmacist always laugh when pronuncing my name.
On top of this, staff always talk in a different language between them when in front of customers.
Anyway, the medication is available in UK, in a different pharmacy, at EXACTLY 500metres from those unprofessional people

Very unprofessional, called about my medicine and they kept me on the phone for 30minutes. I was disgusted, I believe she even forgot she left me on the phone.

Very professional, friendly and caring staff. Gets busy but they always try to be as quick as possible to make sure everyone is seen in a quick and caring manner! Wouldn't change chemist for anything and would recommend to friends and family. Blue hooper x

You've lost my repeat prescription business Codeve chemist.

I spoke to your pharmacist this morning asking for my medication not to be dispensed from a particular brand. I was assured this would be the case. To my dismay, I find nearly all of them from that company, something that has never happened before.
I can't help but think this was intentional.

Will be going to Allens Pharmacy from now on, better customer service.

Unfortunately my husband encountered a terrible experience. He bought a pain relief tube then went to return it half gr later as I came home with 1 from tesco. They didn't return the item said it was their policy you need to check the website.
This is not displayed on site that no returns excepted.

RUDE STAFF! lady working there rolled her eyes up and gave a face expression because i asked to explain something.
the staffs are also very very very slow compare to any other pharmacy.
