To say disappointed is to say nothing . Unprofessional staff , chatting to the customers they are friends with and letting others wait while they are discussing life and personal matters. They may forget you are waiting for your medication this is happened to me on 19.05.2022 .After 40 min of waiting , when I asked if medication it is still not ready , I have been told they forgot about me and my meds were just lying there. When vital medication it is not ready on collection date ,my husband has heart failure and some meds are critically important , they look blank at you and say that there is nothing they can do. Total luck of responsibility and professionalism , no advise what should we do in this case , no emergency steps taken by them to solve it. I do remember , a year ago it was different there. Staff was more professional and had a right approach

Wouldn't it be nice just once to actually to and find your prescription ready and able to collect. 10 staff mostly chatting.

If it wasn't so serious it would be a better comedy show then anything on the television.three days to get a prescription correct for a terminal cancer patient.will try a forth attempt tomorrow.nothing seems to be ordered correctly.

Always amazing staff, who do there best. They are all lovely and caring.

The staff do there best considering the pressure of work and are very professional in there duties
We never seem to have the same pharmacist every week . Feel sorry for the understaffing

I highly recommend this chemist the people that work there are so nice and make you feel welcome, they are all just lovely and super helpful, nothing is too much for them, I have nothing bad at all to say about this place I would give it a hundred stars if I could
