If I could rate 0 stars I would. The service here is abominable. On 6 separate occasions they have failed to have my repeat prescription ready. The pharmacist is very confrontational and when asked "Didn't you say it would be here by Wednesday?" I was told with a raised voice "You did it late in the week , it will be here tomorrow!" We have given them a lot of chances and been patient, but they can never accept fault, even then the doctor has sent the prescription there whilst I'm in his office and the pharmacy denies it. Absolute incompetence.

Always helpful, sympathetic and pleasant service. Values their customers. Puts chain pharmacy's including Boots service to shame.

I'm in Wolverhampton visiting and forgot my medication that I have to take daily that I left in Bristol. I called in the morning to see if they could help- by midday they said it would be there the same day. Very helpful and rare to have a pharmacy as helpful as this when it comes to forgotten meds. Highly recommend

My wife and I have been using Poonian's pharmacy for well over 20 years and have always had superb service from Jaz and his staff. During the recent pandemic they have worked, in my view, miracles in keeping people up to date with medication.

Further, as I am disabled and my wife is now 86, we rely on their well run delivery system and always receive what we need in good time thanks to them and to John, the untiring delivery man.

Heartfelt thanks to you all for treating us as people and not as nuisances to be tolerated.

Jaz is a terrific pharmacist. I rely on his straightforward advice when I have a concern and with total confidence.

As a service Jaz leads from the top and is unfailingly helpful, polite and patient. As a result they all treat you like a person and not a source of income,

They have worked throughout the current pandemic to provide their usual level of service.

Finally, John, the chap who does the home deliveries is a credit to the ethos of the business, being polite, friendly and always looking out for the welfare of those he visits.

This is my view from experience gained over many years and comes with my genuine thanks to you all.

Real 5 star service. Whole team work so hard, even more so during Covid19 Pandemic. Jas is so helpful and likewise the team. One less stress during the Pandemic! Medication delivered too! Thank you Jas and everyone there.

The service that Jaz and the team provide is second to none! Can't fault it! The way they've bent over backwards to help my parents during a difficult few years with changes in medication etc. Thanks everyone 🙏😊

I recently moved to the area and needed to set up a pharmacy, I phoned the place to sort it out, I had a really horrible condescending man speak to me on the phone. I struggle with my mental health and I was really taken back by this condescending tone I had the words ‘what did I just say’ blasted at me several times as though I was really stupid! Not using this place!! Really upsetting and confusing! RUDE!
