OK when needed be prepared to wait on prescriptions

Staff are always so happy to help. I'm really glad I have such a good pharmacy local to me. Great safety measures also. Thanks for providing such good service.

OK if you’re not in a hurry. As others say, service is slow even for simple things. I once spent 45 minutes waiting for a simple repeat prescription. However, that did give me time to visit the shops opposite.

Goods for sale are generally expensive but there are occasional offers on health gadgets e.g. fat monitor device, scales, etc.

Staff sometimes seem either stressed or apathetic though I have had good advice on a couple occasions.

Overall, I far prefer Shaun’s (Alphega Pharmacy) which is 10 minute walk further up the road.

The service at this chemist is very slow and they have regularly failed to provide my repeat prescriptions correctly. The staff are unhelpful and rude.

This week I had to make three visits to Lloyd’s Pharmacy to collect my repeat prescription, which they eventually failed to provide.

I had to visit my GP to re-prescribe my medication, so that I could collect it from a different chemist.

The reaction at by GP’s surgery to the problem I was experiencing was very alarming. It appears that many people are having the same problem with this chemist.

I am not going back.

This is the worst pharmacy I've had the misfortune to use. Terrible service. Won't be using this pharmacy again. It might only be a 2-minute walk but to get an acceptable service I'd sooner walk to another one.
Forgot myself, called here again and it's still awful. Truly avoid it like the plague.

Never seem to have even the basic things anymore.

Chaotic and disorganized. I've now gone elsewhere.

Service let's this pharmacy down - staff are very very slow, don't acknowledge your presence when you walk in and are generally curt/frosty.

Maybe I've just been in on bad days but this has been my experience in several visits over several years.

Stock levels aren't great, it is a small shop though. I find going to one of many other local pharmacies more pleasurable & they have what I need.
