Lots of natural remedies other staff are lovely, but I’ll be buying elsewhere from now on.

It's like the staff inhabit a different dimension, they're like zombies, completely oblivious to customers! Service here is slow, even weird.

I went to the pharmacy to buy a remedy which appeared being in stock on their website. After about 15 min in the shop( the wait there is never short) I was told that they don’t have the remedy but they are going to order it and I was asked to call them the next working day. I called as agreed and the person in the office who answered the phone was absolutely helpless and rude. She asked me to call back in 30 min and when I called back she just told me nobody ordered the remedy and hanged up the phone. Very very disappointed! I hope the pharmacists working there will want to take into consideration. I ordered the remedy somewhere else.

Great pharmacy for homeopathic and holistic remedies, treated my daughter's eczema. Bank of knowledge behind the counter so ask away. Second review: Their customer service could be better... Stood in the pharmacy for 15mins being overlooked until a member of staff entering the store made them aware I was waiting. They continued to ignore me until they had finished with their customers then had the audacity to ask if I was waiting. There was no apology until after I was paying and the service was so lack lustre like they were doing me a favour being there. I understand you are dealing with complex issues at times but a simple acknowledgement or explanation would have sufficed

Excellent help from the team. I was helped by a lovely lady that was able to help me with a remedy search. Very happy with the service I recommend. Very well trained staff that answer the phone.
