Badham Pharmacy

Struggle with mental health problems and rely on antidepressants. Family member (picking them up for me) kept getting told to come back a different day so she did but it carried on until i ended up having no meds for a week. She even begged them for emergency. There was no advice given and the staff were so disrespectful.

They then tell her they never got anything sent down. Ended up ringing Doctor who was shocked by this and then sent a prescription to another pharmacy and my meds were picked up without any problems at all. Doctor also said they in face something HAD been sent down to the pharmacy before.

Sorry to the long review I’m still upset and fuming. Will not be using this pharmacy or company again.

Wrong type of medication given repeatedly even tho there is supposed to be a ' note on the system'.
They won't take wrong medication back causing massive wastage both to the NHS and my time as I then have to reorder which is difficult as the GP thinks I have ordered double!
I've been given bags of medication that had sat on the shelf for months which the Dr had discontinued.
9 out10 times I need to go back to rectify the problem.

On 9/11/2022 at 15:30hrs I Was being served by a young helpful professional worker she was polite, informative and adequately answering my questions. Another worker who was across the room [approximately ten feet away from me] began shouting loudly AT me. NOT to me, she was using a very aggressive manner, extremely rude behaviour, the only question I wanted to know is that 'when will the rest of my items arrive' .
I didn't need or ask input from the uncaring bad mannered worker.
The worst thing is that the manager/head pharmacist didn't intervene- he just stood there listening. I would like to take this insulting behaviour forward as a complaint, 5 other customers in the shop at the time showed disgust at her extreme uncalled for rudeness -to customers. I heard a statement from a couple of waiting customers that they have heard her undertake this revolting shouting in the past. She is obviously too stressed to undertake her job role. She needs training on customers care and communication. She is giving this pharmacy a bad name which is unfair as her colleagues are very professional compassionate workers.

Way busier than any staff team can actually manage (because our health system is broken) but polite, cheerful and professional service nonetheless. Many thanks.

Collected my prescriptions yesterday afternoon and the queue was almost out of the door but the staff were friendly and professional. Queue was served very quickly.
Parking is becoming a problem and remembering to check your car in is annoying but worth it as I know people who have had the fine.

Given two as most the staff are friendly and polite. One member makes my trip there for my sons medication an absolute nightmare. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by someone who is apparently there to help in my entire life. Asked a simple question and wasn't even able to complete the question before i was snapped at to go wait for my script. I dread my trip in there every single time. it is sad as all the other staff are lovely.

One of the ladies with a fair skin,black short hair usually tightly ponytailed, is VERY AWFUL, UNEDUCATED AND RUDE!!!!
The 1st time I went there I just thought she was just having a bad day, but then I went again for 3 consecutive days and she's REAL RUDE! Be at least, if you don't know how to smile, at least speak nicely. You're making the patients/customers feel worst with your attitude.What a big shame for this company for having her dealing with patients/customers.

Yesterday morning on 3.09.2021 I bought tablets for sinuses (contact dual relief very strong). After using 5 tablets I see they 6 months after expiry date ( 3/2021). Inside box says don't use after Expiry date! So how to trust this pharmacy?
