They then tell her they never got anything sent down. Ended up ringing Doctor who was shocked by this and then sent a prescription to another pharmacy and my meds were picked up without any problems at all. Doctor also said they in face something HAD been sent down to the pharmacy before.
Sorry to the long review I’m still upset and fuming. Will not be using this pharmacy or company again.
They won't take wrong medication back causing massive wastage both to the NHS and my time as I then have to reorder which is difficult as the GP thinks I have ordered double!
I've been given bags of medication that had sat on the shelf for months which the Dr had discontinued.
9 out10 times I need to go back to rectify the problem.
I didn't need or ask input from the uncaring bad mannered worker.
The worst thing is that the manager/head pharmacist didn't intervene- he just stood there listening. I would like to take this insulting behaviour forward as a complaint, 5 other customers in the shop at the time showed disgust at her extreme uncalled for rudeness -to customers. I heard a statement from a couple of waiting customers that they have heard her undertake this revolting shouting in the past. She is obviously too stressed to undertake her job role. She needs training on customers care and communication. She is giving this pharmacy a bad name which is unfair as her colleagues are very professional compassionate workers.
Parking is becoming a problem and remembering to check your car in is annoying but worth it as I know people who have had the fine.
The 1st time I went there I just thought she was just having a bad day, but then I went again for 3 consecutive days and she's REAL RUDE! Be at least, if you don't know how to smile, at least speak nicely. You're making the patients/customers feel worst with your attitude.What a big shame for this company for having her dealing with patients/customers.
