Unfortunately, a couple of staff are rude. I have had many a good experience but the few times I have had a negative experience ruin it for me. I have huge anxiety if I have to go here. One staff called Brenda needs a customer service course, and I now learn about her attitude to customers who are EXEMPT from wearing a mask. Disgraceful! Over the phone, a lady with a thick Polish accent, is abhorrently rude! I am taking my business away from here ASAP.
APART from these two, the other staff have been amazing.

Slow service, no matter how many customers.

Poor service. Telephoned for my repeat prescription and the lady on the end of the phone was very rude, curt and offered no help at all. Not too dissimilar to the way some of the GP receptionists speak to you when trying to make an appointment. As someone who works for the NHS I expect to be spoken to in a way in which o would speak to a patient.

Avoid staff so rude no basic manners. They seem to forget they get paid. Hiddious and staff talk to you with such contempt. And they forgot they have a trainee and basicly make me out to have lied. Long queues and snappy pharmacy staff it's not a free service making loads of money from NHS about time employed people with empahy and pleasant telephone manner itstead of aggressive snappy tone
Lots of people need jobs time to get better!

Terrible Experience. Booked a flu jab on the Well website. Arrived at the Well pharmacy, waited 10-15 mins whilst a quite surly staff member showed no motivation to serve customers quickly. I was eventually served by a more friendly staff member only to be told that even though I had booked a week earlier and had arrived at my allotted time that the pharmacist doing flu jabs was not in this week and I'd have to come back next week. Apparently the booking on the website doesn't account for this, absolutely laughable Appalling service, I went elsewhere for my flu jab and won't be returning to this poorly run pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy in crewe this had nothing to do with the company the staff here and only here are such rude people especially brenda she is extremely nasty with international people looking down up them and talking to then like nothing.

The worst place I’ve ever been to. The staff are SO rude. They are racist and will look you up and down and judge. They don’t know how to act professionally. I called them yesterday asking if they received the prescription from the doctor and she was extremely rude, wouldn’t let me know what was going on with my medication (which was an emergency prescription) and then she hung up on me. I tried to call back, the phone would ring once and then cut off. I was so shocked and still am to this day. The medication was very needed as I am dependant on them. Now I went there today and they won’t do my medication till Monday. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Allow at least half an hour for attempting to collect any sort of prescription. I have had no issues with the staff who appear friendly, but there should be no excuse for the waiting time. Contrast this with local competitors and you’ll understand why the best thing an Eagle Bridge patient can do is to nominate another pharmacy for their prescriptions! Staff may benefit from understanding what other pharmacies do differently.

Didn't text, when prescription was ready (they said they did but they didn't!) My husband rang after 10 days and prescriptions were there. He asked if both his and mine were ready, was told yes, and when he arrived they said he hadn't asked for mine, just his, after a search they found mine----hopeless service!!
