This is an amazing pharmacy that goes above and beyond,Jazz is one of the nicest people you are ever likely to meet and will always talk to you as if you are the only one in the shop.

Well stocked pharmacy lovely helpful staff specially the General Manager Jazz who has a great memory to deal with each and every patient that walkes through the door, he runs the place very smoothly.

Long waits up to 30 mins for repeat prescriptions. Jazz is very helpful but the wait is very frustrating especially when you are given incorrect information.

Very long wait to get medicine. Loads of staff, but speed is soooo slow… Also cashier needs some customer service training on how to communicate with clients as she didnt sound or look friendly at all (personal mood shouldn’t affect customer service job). Another thing- it’s more expensive than in other pharmacies.

I highly recommend Imperial Pharmacy aka Jazz’s Pharmacy as we all know Jazz and he remembers all of us…even if we haven’t seen him for 15 years and are wearing a mask! And don’t even get me started on the large prescription I had that he recited off the top of his head whilst handling 10+ customers and giving advice whilst managing his team and coordinating the prescriptions.

Other than his impressive memory, facial recognition and multitasking ability, this pharmacy is run like a machine. Everything is on time, communicated well, great customer service and a vast range of products that you wouldn’t really expect in an pharmacy like this.

Pick up some designer perfume for Christmas at a pretty decent price while you’re getting your antibiotics or a Stop Smoking consultation!

At the moment, walk straight in and request your prescription and then wait outside, this is the operating policy currently to combat covid more effectively, some people know and others don’t do you end up with people joining the queue/crowd outside without actually going in and are too shy to ask. So if you don’t want to wait for ages outside before you then queue inside for a short while, straight in, straight out. Happy days.

Clueless staff. Got our prescriptions wrong many times, we always seem to be first in and last out. “2 minute wait” roughly means “Go shopping and come back in 15 and we’ll still not be ready”
