The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've tried to pay for a prescription over the phone and the attendant (female voice), after I informed all my credit card details, said that they needed my address. After checking my address, she informed that she could't take my payment because she needed a house number and my house have a name (no number). I tried to explain at least 3 times and, after listening to her laughing at me several times and making a joke of the situation, I gave up. Definitely will use other pharmacy next time. My suggestion: If you don't mind being disrespected and mistreated, you can use this pharmacy. Otherwise, keep distance.

Absolutely unbelievable. They gave my mother the wrong medicine and when I went it to ask if should would be ok from taking the wrong thing all I got was attitude and the nasty women said " what do you want me to do about it"

I will be reporting them to the governing body and contacting a company about prescription error compensation.

They cannot be allowed to get away with this sort of thing.

Abysmal service. End up going to the pharmacy for my meds because something is always wrong. There's a reason I have them delivered but apparently this doesn't matter as long as the staff get paid for NOT doing their jobs.

Given 2 doses of emergency supply instead of the usual 2 months for a full 9 quid prescription.
I feel this is more laziness from the locum pharmacist, same as not answering the phone.
Not everyone can afford these mistakes, if known I would have gone without.

Have been a customer for about two years and have seen the service get worse over time. Recently I had an important prescription sent to the pharmacy which got ‘lost’. Not sure how that happens at it was both posted through the mail and sent electronically.

I tried calling several times over a week but they never answer the phone and I had to pay for a taxi to travel down. They were just as unhelpful in person, they didn’t know what was going on and I was told to call 111 to get my prescription as it had been so long I was running out…

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I'm a glaucoma patient. The doctor told me not to stay without medicine for a day. You have to take medicine every day. This is the third week that I have been waiting for it. This morning I called another pharmacy and they are trying to solve my problem and they said we will solve your problem by tonight. All people are requested not to waste their time. Go to another pharmacy and get better services.

I was sent here to get my blood pressure checked the young lady I spoke to was very polite and asked another member of staff who said we don't do it!!! when I questioned why I had been sent there I got a very abrupt reply, we do it but our machine is broken I certainly won't be going back there in a hurry no need for rudeness!!! as soon as you walk through the door the smell of blow hits you...
