Friendly staff always ready to help. Good products available over the counter with more behind the 'Do not touch' glass. Helpful side room to talk about medical issues in a private area also.

However, there is a wait, sometimes that can be rather long, sometimes it can be very quick. It all depends on the day.

Having phoned and booked an appointment for a pneumonia vaccination
at this pharmacy, on arrival we found the staff polite and helpful.
Mick who administered the injection could not have been more professional, making our visit as comfortable and quick as possible.

Awful place. Been many times and they don't have the full order of a pill from online order. But also are rediculously slow. Went to collect second part of order and stupidly thought I would grab my daughters cream while there. "would you like to wait" always ask how long 25 minutes waiting for a box of cream. I had to leave as when I asked how long I was told I was next to be signed but she still couldn't say how long that would be.

Lousy service pay for delivery of medicines always late rude and standoffish when you finally get someone to answer the phone they say their busy.
25 x I rang to speak to someone and cut of each time.
I wonder how they would like to have all the hassle of getting through.
Phone system very poor.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Shocking service. “We’re just checking if the missing item came in” turned in to a 20 minute wait whilst they do the entire prescription they have had for over a week without a single word. The pharmacist who was doing it had to be reminded I was waiting as she was chatting to a delivery driver. Don’t bother going in they just don’t care.

General staff are friendly, pharmacist on the other hand is probably the rudest most unhelpful person I think I've ever experienced in my life ,will never give them my business again ,and if you want friendly advise or help don't bother going here,

No one answers the phone and they cannot check appointments in store. Wot

Go elsewhere - unless you have plenty of time on your hands, are prepared to make several visits to collect a prescription put in days previously and you have an endless supply of patience. After many years using this pharmacy, mine (along with others I know) has finally run out!
