This is the Farnham Common branch.
Possibly the worst pharmacy ever. Definitely the worst one I’ve used. Rude, unhelpful staff and it’s closed when it’s supposed to be open.

Rude miserable woman at the counter, slow and unreliable service. Also completely unnecessary having medicines in an inaccessible box. Would avoid if you can.

The waiting time to be served is ridiculous. And not open when they should be

You can’t depend on this pharmacy to be open as they have constant staffing issues. Two trips today at 9:15 and 4, on the latter there was a sign in the window saying it had been open between 11 and 3. Not much use to have not been up in the morning! When you work Monday to Friday and only have one day a week to collect your repeat prescriptions, you just can’t rely on this place. Try the one in Stoke Poges instead.

Wonderful service, they ordered in a prescription that they don't hold in stock, as I had no car to visit another pharmacy for it. I've witnessed very rude customers getting very grumpy and rude towards the staff, about prescriptions not being available for collection and waiting times in the queue, which staff obviously have no control over these things, so blaming them does not help, but the staff have kept thier cool. At peak times you have to wait in a queue, but there are 2 chairs provided for the elderly. I was given some covid test kits, despite not having a smart phone to provide a 'QR' code for them. I collected worming treatment for a family, as their toddlers picked up pinworms at a nursery, they were embarrassed to purchase it, I was treated with professional dignity during the purchase of the worming treatment for them. They always help with advice, despite being very busy, and dealing with some extremely stroppy customers. I also graciously received a money off coupon, so kind.

Doesn’t open in time. No signs on the door with the opening times either. Calls are not answered.

Just paid a very high price for eye drops. The same product is £10.23 in Boots and I was charged £12.04 today. I shall not be buying in your pharmacy again until I've checked up on price in Boots and Superdrug. A shame as I like to support my local chemist but don't like being ripped off
