Lloyds Pharmacy

Follow signs to the main outpatients building, the pharmacy is there. Waiting times around 30 to 40 mins, drop off your prescription and come back later, don't bother waiting there for it as it might take a while and might be longer than their quoted expected wait time.

Would give zero if I could. Pick any of the other surrounding pharmacies.

Blonde fat lady is very very rude and racist. If you’re a Muslim avoid this place as they’re racist and rude.

Very badly service!!! More than a hour to pick a simple medication.Disgusting

They asked me to refer to a ticketing system which wasn’t working. 45 minutes later I went to check only to be told that they called the number earlier (and hoped someone would hear in the other room). Too much effort for them to actually walk and let people know. Poor service.

Went to get a prescription and got handed a number and told to wait. An hour later I went in to ask for any progress and got told they couldn't give me the prescription as I was in the wrong place? Went back to the doctor who set the record straight with them and after another 20 minute wait, finally got my prescription. They knew I was waiting for that whole hour and couldn't even be bothered to let me know - Terrible service.

Sadly not a very good service.As an outpatient at St Mary's I have learnt that for long term prescription they regularly tend to give medication with not enough time to the expiry date. Really not nice ,especially when it happens regularly !
