Boots Pharmacy

Adequate. The place is mainly for collecting prescriptions, however they do have a few things on sale, lozenges and the such like. However there is another, larger, pharmacy just down the road. A better bet if your looking for something in particular.

Disgusting treatment and customer service. Booked a flu jab online through the website but there was obviously a error on their end as there was 3 of us that apparently 'aren't on his list'. one lady had booked her appointment in the store with the staff less than a week earlier. They were unhelpful, just repeating the same statement over and over with the final comment of 'i don't know what you want me to say, you are not on my list' and then walked away. Disgraceful service from Boots staff. Don't use this chemist if you can avoid it, go local or lloyds!!

I moved to this area 7months ago and have had no problems with this Pharmacy. The staff are always very pleasant&helpful and the Pharmacists will always see me if necessary.

I have been in this chemist several times I have found the staff to be rude on every occasion especially the short lady with dark hair and glasses if you didn’t have mental health issues before you went in you would have then on the way out the way they make you feel is worthless and stupid I tried to tell the staff they were rude but they just muttered something under their breath. Would not recommend this store

Probably the most rudest chemist I’ve ever been to. Zero customer service. Love to belittle customers and openly discuss their medications and medical conditions infront of everyone. Utterly unprofessional service.

Couldn’t pick up as pharmacist wasn’t in?? What’s the point. Now I have to take time off work to pick up. Not impressed with customer service miserable woman on till
