Went in today to pick up my mum's and my prescriptions. Staff were amazing & curtious.

I can't believe this pharmacy is closed from today with no way of picking up my prescription, probably till Monday. There is no guidance on line or on the shop door about when they are open. Disgraceful.

I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff for the hard work during this very trying time. No matter how busy they are if I have had a problem, query or need to see the pharmacist it is never a problem All the staff are very efficient polite and most of all approachable Thank you Stoke Road Gosport rowlandsc

What I like in particular is they appear to have enough people working there. They certainly have more than other chemists I have used. Of course that may well be because they are more busy than other chemists, but they are very friendly and in next to no time got to know me. Although that could be said to be sad for me. 🤒

twice now I have gone in to find there is no record of my prescription on their system only to find that twice the prescription was in the fridge, complete with paperwork.
Totally unacceptable
