Cinderford Pharmacy

Expensive, not well stocked and produce not fresh which doesn't make for a good experience. It seems one of the connecting themes with co op supermarkets are the horrendous prices and the terrible service. This is just one of those examples again and would only go here if I had no other choice.

It’s still expensive, but the staff are lovely and go out of there way to help you. It does have the monopoly over over shops though. Taking the post office and pharmacy in store. Go here a lot and there is sometimes some great deals on items I bye a lot. It’s good if you live near by and easy to walk to. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Dealt with a very unprofessional staff member never had any issues before but they should have more competent and friendly staff, the little co op down the road is much better and a good example of friendly and helpful staff.

Since it has been taken over, the place is a joke having to wait for days to get your medication. Then it not being there when you go to collect.
Better off going to Boots.

Rude staff who should know better to be speak to customers like dirt theirs no need for it. The two women at the till one with short white hair and the other with a brunette bob are rude majority of the time but the older grey hair man depensing the medicine was bang out of order he was very snotty.

Not certain what's happening at the pharmacy but having to wait over a week for essential medication isn't really on. Used to be very prompt but that's all gone now. Will be switching to another, more reliable, pharmacy when time allows. Not impressed.

Went today to get a prescription for my mum who is ill at home. Waited five minutes to be told "a prescription hasn't been sent to us". I left and went to my car and rang the only other possible chemist that might have it who informed me "It's been sent to Cinderford Pharmacy". So I went back in and said "I've been told that the prescription has definitely been sent here." "WHAT? Your mum told you?" Said the woman behind the counter rudely. "No. Another chemist has told me it's been sent here."
Woman scoffs and walks back and mutters to those behind the wall. Five minutes later " we found it but we don't have the medicine. Shall I print it off for you so you can go elsewhere?" No apology. No acknowledgement of mistake or change in arrogant rudeness. Will be using Boots from now on who couldn't be more polite and efficient. And we will be taking this complaint further.

My score is low iv used this chemist alot due to easy access I'm partially disabled and take pain relief.. its now a regular thing that when me or my partner collect my scripts the auburn short hair is rude.. point blank they will serve people behind me before asking if there mates come in then can bump cue iv kept quite and changed go boots chemist. a few (2) are just I can't believe they think there attitude is customer service like really u need a course I think they will talk between themselves whilst your waiting to finish there convo before serving wow avoid I have extreme mental health from trauma and I just will blow one day so distanced for safety I don't wanna sit in Quedgeley it's arrogance looking down nose at u ah she's dressed when I walk in vile sure family's are well proud.chemist are great so are a few that actually speak with a genuinely like for people well done go them 😀
