Very poor service, very rude unhelpful staff, No patient reguards at all..Need to order prescription medication for patients on time..Also explain to the patient when using a different brand of medication as patient can easily get confused...with different colured tablets..Also explain to patients when not putting all there medication into their dosate boxs..Otherwise can be held responsible..

My prescriptions were never ready even though they had a week or more to sort it. At times I had to return as items were out of stock had to be order and therefore I was left with no medication. I have since moved to another pharmacy which have been excellent. Shame on you Lloyd's

I am new to the area and was pleased that there is a local pharmacy, however, this soon changed. I went for my repeat prescription, they said that they didn’t have it, when I showed her written proof that my GP had sent it to them 4 days previous she went back in to then tell me it would then be ready in 30 minutes. My second visit was with a prescription that I had been prescribed on that day for a nasty viral infection, after waiting for about 20 minutes the lady came and handed it back to me claiming that they did not have it in stock (even though this medication should have been in stock) a ‘manager’ then came and began to give me poor excuses as to why they did not have it and said they would need to order it. I then took the prescription to another pharmacy to which they told me that Lloyds had not made the prescription accessible to other pharmacies (this would’ve taken less than 1 minute for them to do) at this time Lloyds had closed and I was unable to get my medication because of their incompetence. I contacted them via telephone the next day and the lady informed me that they knew about this but they could not remember my name. I can safely say that I will not be stepping foot back in this joke of a pharmacy, very poorly managed. I will be taking this matter further.
