Why doesn't anyone there ever pick up the phone? It's not too much to ask.
Update: In the end the service was so unfriendly and poor trying to order my prescriptions that I gave up and now use the online service Pharmacy2U. I wish I'd done it years ago. It has made my life so much easier.
