I had problems getting my prescription re-ordered through the temporary pharmacists who provide cover at the weekend. However, Pauline, the pharmacy manager, very quick got it all sorted. She was extremely helpful and since then no problems at all.

So go online to book flu jab, website shows slots are available to book and then you chosen pharmacy (Mine being Cheltenham) email you with a exact time within 3 hour time you have chosen, First available slot declined! (You just get email saying declined and try again) so go back and more 3 hour time slots are showing as available, so choose another, few hours later another email saying declined, What an absolutely, ridiculous and stupid system, Will move my prescriptions and go elsewhere.

Very unhappy with them at present. They never answer the phone & ignored a message from my surgery asking that they call me to rectify an error. Right now I have had hip surgery cancelled for 3rd time and cannot get in there to queue up. What to do??? The only regular staff member does her best if you can get in but she is not a pharmacist. They used to be good, but now? 😱
I got through to customer services at head office and lodged a complaint

Shocking Service. Have been trying to pick a balance for a prescription since mid March. Visit at least twice a week told it has not come in or be in tomorrow.
Visited today and a told this ticket has expired. Explained what had been going on. The lady retreated behind both counters. Shouted over i must go back to my Doctor and took the ticket off me. I said i wanted to order a repeat prescription for me , Shouted over Read the Sign we don't do that any more. Very frustrating.

Don’t bother trying to call. I am frustrated, have tried all morning to get a response. I have made 19 phone calls, no answer. No answer phone, no point having a phone number advertised if no-one going to bother to answer. Dreadful queues when attempting to collect medication. They will be please to know they no longer have my custom, maybe then they will be more efficient and friendly. I have never come across such a poorly operated pharmacy.

I heard the staff being very rude to the customer ahead of me in the queue whilst he was being served. Despite the fact I had waited patiently in the queue (of 2), when I got to the front of the queue I was told very brusquely that they had closed. They never seem to have required medications, despite it being a repeat order. I suspect they trust that their proximity to a well known supermarket will give them a captive customer base that their service will not damage.

They answered the telephone yesterday evening and although they didn't have the medication I needed they ordered it and I have just rung and it is in, all within 24 hours. Very pleasant and helpful people.
