If you like being patronised and spoken down too then this is the place for you. The older gentleman in there clearly thinks sarcasm is the only way to communicate. I walked in to find him being rude to another lady and further rude to me on both my visits today. After waiting 8 hours for them to dispense my prescription, they still didnt have it ready when i arrived (after calling ahead).

BEYOND HELPFUL. The staff do everything they can to help, really friendly and keen to assist the local community. Prices for cold and flue products in the pharmacy are very reasonable, much better value than supermarkets. Really is a great asset to the village.

The short girl with the glasses is extremely rude and unprofessional. You enter the shop she’s busy chatting about private business in front of customers and does not acknowledge them. Completely fails to ensure correct medication is prescribed on time. It’s a shame because the rest of the staff are fine

I felt the need to leave my own review in an attempt to provide a counter to all the less positive reviews here. This pharmacy fields a vast number of prescriptions from the local Eden surgeries, who have pushed their in-house dispensing service to a community pharmacy. The result of this is that this pharmacy handles a volume of prescriptions which is vastly more than the pharmacy has the size or capacity to manage, but manage they do. For those of you that go in there, take a look around- every inch of space is filled with filled prescriptions waiting for collection, or stock waiting to go into bags. Hundreds of new prescriptions turn up every day, and the staff do their absolute best to fill these as quickly as they can. Instead of moaning, complaining and sometimes even shouting at them for what is really the shortcoming of the local GP practice, which will not magically make your prescription appear any faster, show some grace, patience and gratitude for the harried people who are overwhelmed at times by the volume of demand but still do their absolute best to provide a much needed service to the local community. They're doing their best for you and I have always found this pharmacy and its people to be patient, polite and helpful.

Was told that if I was not happy with the service I should go elsewhere, so I did!!! Get my prescription delivered to my door by Newport Pharmacy every month, no problems!

Best of all, I don't have to go into the store, wait an eternity whilst they make up my prescription, or any old excuse why they haven't got it, and deal with the most miserable staff.

Some of the staff needs to learn how to say hello and good bye, and even if they don’t feel like smiling, at least don’t be rude. Basics.

Just not happy with the service received. Twice didn't get my pills on time. And no say: thank you, goodbye, nothing. Communication between Yogi Pharmacy and my GP- nightmare. All problems I have to sort out by myself.

I am a customer at this pharmacy, having my repeated prescription there. The last few times I went there, I didn't really like how I was attended. However, I always give a second chance.
Unfortunately, today was another bad experience. I went to buy a medicine for my daughter.
The medicine is a powder.
In every single pharmacy I go, they always ask if I want this prepared in loco.
Today, this question wasn't made... When I realized they prepared it without my authorization, I said I would not have it. They made me pay, and I trusted I was having a non prepared medicine.
I was wrong. They gave me the prepared medicine, even knowing that I would not be at home in the next 3hours. The medicine should be kept in a cold environment, which is impossible when you are driving a little one who caught a cold.
I felt that this action was inappropriate and I am now hopping for the medicine being still okay when I will get back home. Otherwise, I will need to come back to the doctor and ask for a new prescription, while my 4 years old daughter is waiting for the medicine.
I do not recommend this pharmacy and will withdraw the pharmacy from the repeated prescription at my GP.
Well done team Yogi!
