Their new medical service is fantastic!
I thought it might be impersonal - because you’re sitting at a computer screen - but it was better than visiting my GP. I could have all the time I wanted, I was ‘seen’ immediately, I had a thorough check of blood pressure, temperature etc.. and felt heard and understood. It didn’t feel disconnected to talk to the doctor on screen and I came away with a very balanced picture of what to do next. Also, there’s no monetary advantage to either the chemist or the doctor I was talking to (who was actually based in Manchester), if I have further tests through them. In my case, I booked a GP appointment to get those tests done.

This is my favourite chemist shop in England! Brilliant service and nothing ever seems too much trouble. I have found that my privately prescribed medication is quite a bit less expensive there too. The pharmacist is super knowledgeable and generous with his time. Lovely, friendly staff and a great range of non-pharmacy products. I highly recommend Regent Pharmacy. Thank you.

This pharmacy and it’s staff are above all in terms of politeness, responsiveness, willingness to help and knowledge. I am truly reliant on them and their help in all areas of medicinal healthcare. I feel lucky to live so close to the Regent Pharmacy - but even if I didn’t their delivery service is extremely efficient and punctual.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. When I had forgotten to grab my prescription before driving to Devon for a holiday, I called the pharmacy and they immediately alleviated my fears, they sent my prescription to a pharmacy closer to my location and it was all sorted within an hour or so. Would highly recommend.
