They are okay, I suggest that the customer service training is given once more to the lady with red hair behind the desk. Mr shah and her were talking and the way they talk is like an agitated power struggle ... what ever the relationship is - please stop bringing it to work and loading it into ur customers.

Read the rest of the reviews, what I have pointed out is not unjust - just an obvious situation which is easily fixed.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

The counter staff are very friendly and efficient, but the owner Mr Shah is EXTREMELY Toxic. Also, he was struck off in 2009 for multiple breaches of code and law, but I have observed him on numerous occcasions still dispensing.

If you value your health (and your life) PLEASE AVOID!!!!

Always have to fight to get my prescription, will be changing to another pharmacy soon, hate this place, staff are all idiots, and I’m not joking, go there and see for yourself, and I found out the manager shar was struck off for selling out of date medicine, sounds about right. There needs to be a no star vote.

Every time I go in there is always an issue, be it with me or other patients. Wait time is ridiculous and they always seem to be out of stock. I have even heard the staff say "what do you want me to do your medicine isn't here'. No offer to give the prescription back or anything.

Went recently to collect medication for my Daughter and as expected, nothing there.. Rudeness still exists as always and would advise all of you to re-direct your medication away from this joke of a Pharmacy..

Mr Shah who was present at the time, didn't even bother moving from his chair as expected i guess from such a rude man..

An absolute joke. Staff are good but Shah, well that's a different story. My prescription is never ready on time and lately refused to give me my prescribed medication. Avoid in my humble opinion. I am Using an online service and it's a 100% better.

Called up to check if my prescription had been sent over and before I could give my name, was shouted at for not giving my name quick enough. Was just establishing a conversation, by starting with "Good Morning, can I check if my prescription has been sent over please?" Response "HOW CAN I CHECK IF YOU DONT GIVE ME YOUR NAME".. Then tried to berate me for asking him to stop shouting. Will be asking my GP to send future prescriptions elsewhere....

I’m disabled, and on a lot of medications, my twin daughters are also disabled and on medications. Everyone who works there has always been lovely to my husband and I when we go to collect our prescriptions - thank you ☺️
