Boots Pharmacy

Poor customer services was ignored for 10 mins by a member of staff at the pharmacy not even hello will be with in in a minute very rude. Then after another member of staff finally served me made me wait 15 minutes while they tried to find my order. As soon as I was served the first member of staff rose her head and served the next person. I found the pharmacy staff very rude and felt like they were above everyone else....news flash we are all the same get over yourself and be friendly! I was one of two customers that was in the shop. Pay attention to your customers and not yourselves.

This time I was served by Leanne who is a lovely person. I've come to know most of the staff over the years and found them all helpful and friendly.
To me it's shocking that some members of the public are rude to them as they are only doing an honest days work to the best of their ability trying to help us.

Never ever answer the phone . When I went in to store I was told they need a new phone , as the old one has to keep being put on charge . That was a month ago . They keep ordering my mums prescriptions for medication that we do not even have from them anymore !!!

Went into the store and was kept waiting as they faffed around the back looking for something.
A queue formed and still they ignored the customer.
After 10mins a couple of us just walked out...disgusting treatment.
Could this of been after? Not got any staff? Or staff lunches come before customers?

Since the new manager the store has gone down hill. She doesn't have any skill or will to do the job. What example do the team follow? No wonder service is disgusting.

Me and the other customer ended up in Dean and Smedley lol....friendly and prompt service.......why use boots? Superdrugs is far cheaper too.

And always shut!!! Lol....should be a joke shop!

Tried calling them over several days at different times and the phone never gets answered absolutely diabolical customer service from this chemist

Went to get a prescription that the doctors had sent over for antibiotic only to be told it won’t be dispensed for 72 hours !!! Ok I understand there is a shortage but does the pharmacist have to be so rude and abrupt ….surely not

The staff here are just lovely and really go the extra mile.
do they take a while to answer the phone sometimes?
What company doesn't these days? Tried calling for a gp appointment but couldn't get through? Yeah they're all going into the pharmacy for advice so give them a break.

My wife and I went today for flu jab at 2pm to be told cancelled, the pharmacist isn't trained to give them - you will have to reschedule again from scratch - yesterday was being told to turn up all good to go - did they offer us an alternative at a nearby store No, rubbish service - will now try with an alternative provider.
