Absolutely disgusted how cohens treats disabled people and how rude the staff are there. I will be going to a different pharmacy from now on. Also don't rely on the delivery service because they let disabled people down that can't collect their medication when they need it so they don't become poorly.

Always have items required, if not, will arrange to collect from one of their other stores. Handle my mother’s prescriptions from the doctors through to delivery and have never, ever made a mistake

What an excellent service from start to finish!
Steph was so welcoming and friendly on entry to the chemist! She helped me with my enquiry that day. Then when i asked about the home delivery service that they offer she talked me threw each step and signed us up. On the 14th i called up to order and we had our perscriptions delivered within the week.

Had horrendous service for prescription collection from a couple of other chemists, but I cannot fault A1 chemist, the staff are brilliant. Always happy to go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

Can't fault this chemist, always polite and helpful. The systems they use to text when items are ready is really efficient, never have to wait long at all. Fab service!

Absolutely fantastic people work and own A1 chemist, they have today and for the past year went out of there way to help myself and family on occasions that perceptions have gone wrong from the doctors. Extremely nice people. THANKS Mr Hall
