This is honestly a wonderful business with hardworking, welcoming and friendly staff, The prescriptions are always handled at speed and with care. The Owner Dipak is very polite, well spoken and knows his stuff about the prescriptions he handles and has given me good advice on how to take past prescriptions.
For as long as I live within reach, Dipak and his staff (Who I feel incredibly guilty for not knowing the names of) are always going to be the ones I go to whenever I need a prescription or general pharmaceutical purchases.

I had my Covid and Flu jab here yesterday - could not have had better treatment and service. Easy parking too. Thanks

I came to this pharmacy from boots. The people here are very friendly and helpful, however I am once again changing pharmacies. Don't get me wrong, this is nothing about service but about content. I tried to buy sominex for my wife, nytol for me and on the advice of my doctor, solpadine max. I was denied all because as I was told, the owner did not agree with them. Ok, we are all entitled to an opinion but when I go to a supermarket I expect there to be butter in stock rather than not stocked because the manager doesn't like butter. This is a case of what is legally allowed not what is the preference of others. For that reason I am changing to Tesco, sorry.

The best pharmacy lovely staff and Dipak is the most helpful person

A most wonderful independent pharmacy, who went above and beyond to get the medication my daughter needed before Christmas, when no other pharmacy had it, or would even try to get it for us in time. We had to take a 30 minute drive to get there as it was not in our area, but found them very helpful and extremely pleasant. Cannot praise them enough. I wish I lived near there. Thank you so much!

This is the best pharmacy in England as far as I am concerned. We were unable to get a vital medication from any of our local chemists (we tried approximately 30 and were met with the “don’t have it, can’t get it, bye). Called The Pillbox and the service was something else, the pharmacist went above and beyond, calling the supplier and eventually managing to get the tablets ordered and delivered within 24 hours (on Xmas Eve) to say he saved our Xmas is an understatement. Anyone local to this pharmacy should never go anywhere else. Thanking you from the very stressed people in Romford.

They were really helpful with me today and they were really friendly too and had everything in that I needed including injection stuff as I need it.

I had my booster done earlier today and I highly recommend this pharmacy as a place to get your vaccine. The pharmacist who gave me the booster was so kind and calming that I actually enjoyed the experience! Nice staff overall here too!
