Boots Pharmacy

I visited the pharmacy today to pick up some medication, and was greeted with "Yes!?", so I said I had a prescription, so the eastern european woman behind the counter ripped it out of my hands and stomped off to dispense the pills I imagine. One of us had to have manners, so I said thanks and browsed some nearby displays waiting patiently for my medication. Then I heard whispering from behind the counter, which I caught some of, as the Eastern European woman stated that she needed to go upstairs for something but she would wait. When the other woman asked "why?", the eastern european said "I don't want to leave you on your own". I can only surmise that she was implying I was possibly going to attack the girl once she was alone on the shop floor. I was quite offended by this, and the general level of service I received from this store. Once my prescription was ready, a blonde girl came out from behind the counter with a face like sour milk and barked my name across the shop floor. I then confirmed my address and that I pay for prescriptions, so she barked the price across the till. After a generally unpleasant exchange, I went on my way. I can only recommend that people don't visit this place as the staff are pretty rude and poor in terms of customer service. At least I got the correct medication, unlike some other people in the news recently who have used Boots. AVOID.

Food was so great. Ravioli and ragu was delish! Large parties, ask to have a seat away from the door. We booked for a party of just under 10 and we were put right behind a post where you get the draft of the front door on a busy Sunday in Chelmsford.

Phatmacist is brilliant and staff are really friendly. They are generally my point of call for any health issues for my family prior to 'attempting' to make a Dr's appt.

So sorry but they arent helpfull at all. They dont even try to help
