Never have anything in stock, always a huge wait, never have repeat prescriptions- total joke really. Gave me an owe you note and didn’t have that each time I went back and then told me it was over 28 days so wasn’t entitled to it? Go somewhere else

In the very rare occasions I’ve had a problem here, they have gone out of their way to resolve the issue. I order my repeat prescriptions through the NHS app, and Lloyds text me when it’s ready, being open to 18:30 is extremely helpful as well; lovely people.

Happy to take your money for a prescription but not give you a prescription. Shrug their shoulders when you ask what they’re going to do and when they get more. Send you off to GP to get alternatives and expect you to pay again for the new prescription. Avoid. Honestly shocking services and staff. Update: spoken to head pharmacist, extremely rude lady! Very patronising

Referred by 111. Told the pharmacist would be able to prescribe. My daughter has had painful throat for over 5 days. Pharmacist very rude and dismissive, sarcastic and interested in helping, not caring.
I would not ask for help there again. Clearly further training in compassion is required.

I wish they would answer a phone,you are told by surgery to ring and check if prescription has gone over ,only to ring and no one answers. You then walk over to be told they haven't received it ,or you will have to go back later. Not always easy if you are in bad health .

This pharmacy is never open when it is supposed to be. I've tried to collect my prescription on three separate occasions now and it has been closed every time.

Absolute waste of space, close down and let a proper pharmacy take over. We would like a local pharmacy that actually provides a service.

Never pick there phone up also they have got very bad over the past months Don't really know what they are doing
