Useless old woman at the counter. Will avoid this place in the future.
I spoke to a guy on the phone regarding travel vaccinations and tablets and was told that I could come in to buy the tablets over the counter but would need to book in for the vaccinations.
15 minutes later I walked in and asked about the tablets I needed and told her I have not long gotten off of the phone to one of the staff there.
With a very moody attitude, She said that nobody has taken any phone calls and that I could not buy the tablets I needed until talking to the head pharmacist even though they were non prescription tablets.
Do not waste your time with this place.

Great counter staff but the shop has major problems. There always seems to be abusive junkies in the shop who are arguing amongst themselves or doing drug deals on their phones in front of customers. I tried to book an appointment with the travel clinic but the owner didn't show up on time and when he eventually did he didn't even say sorry. A once decent pharmacy has turned into a cancer on the community and is a source of anti social behaviour . Not the type of place I fell safe bringing my children to. Avoid at all costs.

I have been a regular customer to this pharmacy and have always been satisfied with the professional attitude by the staff and pharmacist. The travel clinic was easily accessible instantly with a walk in service and great value for money. They also had all the vacations in stock just in time for my unprepared holiday!

I went to Rohpharm ( Ilford) last week with my wife and son for travel vaccine. I am very pleased with my experience. The reception staff were very courteous and pharmacists were very professional. Mr. Patel, senior pharmacist, who administered the vaccines, really knows his job. I would recommend my friends and acquaintance to go there.

unbelievable didn't send my meds for 2days saying is my problem 🙄 is that my mistake to get sick to the point that not able to walk ,they have promised me to deliver my med but didn't come called few time and they told me is because the driver forgot (for 2 time ) I just moved over to Ilford I don't know anyone here ,my health care of Ilford one is not confirmed yet , and they told me order my med from super drugs or boots from next time as im not over 65 yet(I'm 26)

This is a good pharmacy in that they always have plenty of stock and I usually find medicines that other places may have run out of. Their pharmacist is also very courteous on the few occasions I have dealt with him. There is a youngish lady behind the counter who wears a head scarf, she has always been very polite and helpful both on the phone and I person. Shame I didn't ask her name last time I visited. I am surprised to read some of the negative reviews here but luckily I have had a good experience with them so far, over the last year and a half.

Been a great pharmacy. Been using this place for the last 18 years. Service is great. The pharmacist are amazing and there advice has always helped especially the young lady called Zaynab. Highly recommend
