I've had the pleasure of using this Pharmacy for the past 10 years and have always been impressed with their professionalism and dedication to provide the best customer service possible.

I personally have very complex medical needs requiring monthly supplies of multiple medications and most important of all my insulin and diabetic sensors.

The Pharmacy Manager is very helpful and approachable and always happy to contact their other branches should they not have a particular urgent item in stock and can deliver your items free of charge should you meet certain fair criteria.

I can't possibly recommend a better Pharmacy in the Dartford area.

I am a carer and have had trouble getting hold of certain medications in my local pharmacy, so have started going to the Brent instead. The staff here are extremely helpful, and very polite, and go out of their way to get hold of what l need. Great service

Have been having troubles with my sons prescription for cmpa milk powder which is hard to get ahold of and the Brent pharmacy has been amazing with supplying it for us. They are great help, give great advice and And a real great and friendly bunch of people. Will definitely be recommending them to other people

Super helpful team, nothing seems too much trouble and service always comes with a smile. The team here fully understand their customers frustrations and go above and beyond to help and make you feel at ease.

Service is disgusting. Made to feel like a problem as soon as you walk through the door. Moaned about making antibiotics because they close in 5 minutes. Said they started at 8 in the morning. Forget people like us who also work and haven't been home either and hasn't had the chance to get to a pharmacy because we work also! Very rude and not professional at all. It's bad enough that you have a poorly son and need antibiotics let alone made to feel like an inconvenience when needing medication! If you want to get home sooner shut your pharmacy earlier!!!! Don't moan when people walk in and make them feel like rubbish!!!!!!

My 3rd visit of the week and always a busy and popular chemist whatever the time or day. All the staff remain calm and polite focussed on delivering medication in a safe and professional manner. The pharmacist even took the time to patiently explain a medical issue even thought it was closing time and he was still extremely busy.
