A very good pharmacy, during the pandemic wanted to buy a thermometer but they didn't have any in store, they notified me as soon as it came in stock. The staff very friendly every time I go in there. Their extended opening times work very well for us since most other pharmacies close around 6.30pm.

Been going here every month for a long time but had a terrible experience recently. Left waiting on hottest day of the year for 50minutes because owners didn’t believe my prescription was real (as it was a private prescription from a Doctor outside of London). Instead of communicating that they were doing independent checks they left me waiting with no update the whole time as everyone else came and went. Owners called my consultant twice and interrogated him and refused to accept on the first call that he was a genuine consultant as he’s based out of London even after he explained it was virtual appointments we have (it’s 2022 people we have the internet and zoom) I also had proof of our appointments and diagnosis which they were not interested in. They didn’t apologise even after I politely gave feedback. Have moved all my prescriptions to Boots who were much quicker and friendlier. Boots asked for ID to verify my prescription but didn’t treat me like an addict or criminal.

The staff are always very helpful and courteous and don't think twice about phoning around to get what you in the unlikely event that they have not got what you need, and the fact that they are open until 9 pm is a bonus .

Staff member was lovely but price of my product was twice the price in this chemist than any other locally.

Get the older chemist.. the younger one has let his position get way in front of himself. Arrogant and unhelpful..
