Really poor service, had my prescription put in there last week by my gp surgery next door, my husband when to collect it to be told an item was missing as it had to be ordered and they would call when the item was delivered. Heard nothing from them for days, so I went in to see if it had arrived, the women behind the desk didn't have a clue what they were doing, calling up different suppliers without knowing their account number to find out who they made the order to. I waited 10 minutes while they were running around trying to find the supplier they ordered from. In the end I told them I had to be somewhere and I would pop back later to find out what was going on. I got told by the woman that she would call me instead. I got no call for days, so my husband called them, he told me the woman told him that the person who looked into the issue saw the medication was out of stock and didn't look into the issue further. My husband said the womans attitude was like she didn't care until my husband complained that we had been waiting over a week for it and that I needed it as my scalp condition had now got bad without it, that I was severely inflamed and in pain, then the woman seem to change her attitude and tell my husband that she had just checked (in the matter of minutes while on the phone may I state) and the item was in stock, and she would put an order in so we could get it the next day. I had to wait over a week with no updates, and constant chasing them up to find out where my medication was. In that time my condition flared up and now I have tobwork at getting it cleared up again because these people couldn't be bothered to do their job probably. Medication is needed for a reason, you can't just shrug your shoulders and go "oh well out of stock, nothing I can do" and not either look into when it be back in stock to make the order, or look somewhere else and to bother keeping the patient up to date, even advise them to go back to the doctor to see if they can prescribe an alternative or give another prescription so you can take it to another pharmacy who may have it. Medication is important, these women should of dealt with the issue better and kept me updated, not leave me to keep chasing them. Now i am in discomfort and yes I now have my medication but it will take a week or two to clear things up and get back in control. I will be seeing my gp about stopping my prescriptions being dropped off there and I will start picking up my prescriptions and taking them somewhere else who has better attitude and does their job probably, and not leave a patient without her medication and cause her condition to flare up because of their half arsed attitude and work.

I went to this Pharmacy today at 12:55 (they shut at 1) in a blind panic as I needed to collect my mums prescription which she couldn’t collect. I phoned them and explained the situation and they told me they will have it at the door waiting for me! I literally pulled up and they gave it to me even though they were closing! Fantastic service! Really lovely ladies in there this afternoon. Thank you so much I feel so relieved that my mum has her prescription now!

Went to collect medications 4 days after I witnessed my GP send through the prescription during a recent consultation. As I expected, this was not ready so I have to make another trip and hope that all the medications are ready.
Similar issue with a recent urgent prescription which could not be collected until 2 days later, this had not even been processed.
Whilst waiting to be served on several occassions, it appears that everyone there is waiting for their presrcriptions to be completed, none were actually ready.

I wonder if you handed over a prescription would you be told to return in 4 days on the off chance it might be ready.

Now looking for a local pharmacy that can process prescriptions in a timely manner.

Went to Paydens in Lowfield Street, Dartford yesterday (29th June) because Lloyds pharmacy did not have my prescription. Without going into how utterly dreadful the service (lack of) is at Lloyds, I just want to say that Paydens is the total opposite. Along with collecting my prescription, I needed advice about further over the counter medicines. The pharmacist was a very pleasant and helpful lady called Linsey (don't know if I spelled it right). She was only too happy to chat with me and show me exactly what I needed. She took the time to explain everything that I needed to know and wished me a good day as I left.
Even before dealing with myself, I saw her being equally caring and helpful with the previous customer.
This is how customer service should be and so I once again say a big thank you to Linsey .... 👍

Utterly disgraceful service. They didn't put an urgent medication in and was told it was my fault. Constantly spoke over me, couldn't get to say anything, demanded to see letter of prepayment despite this not being required. Then had the audacity to say it's because they are more efficient than everyone else !!!! This is a few days after surgery so couldn't get out the house so someone kindly offered to collect. Rude, rude, rude
