Express Chemist

Disappointed!!!!!!!! Products were sent out too late and I paid next day delivery. The least they could have done is contacted me regarding my order or reimburse the next day delivery. Will not be using their service again ! As others have also suggested their a Rip off!

IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THIS COMPANY, SPEAK TO THEM FIRST & IF YOU GET NOWHERE WITH THEM THEN RAISE A CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR BANK / PAYPAL - THE MORE PEOPLE DO THIS, THE MORE LIKELY THEY ARE TO LISTEN BECAUSE PAYMENT PROVIDERS WILL EVENTUALLY STOP WORKING WITH THEM (IF THEY HAVE ABOVE AVERAGE CHARGEBACK RATINGS) & DESTROY THEIR BUSINESS! I placed an order with them, nothing arrived, despite tracking by royal mail saying it had been delivered... I decided to speak to them by email, they said they were in contact with Royal Mail and it was taking a long time for them to get back to them... Not my problem! It has now been 75 days since ordering and I still have heard nothing in regards to my money or goods, I even told them that I was planning on raising a chargeback with my bank if they didn't sort it by the end of play today and they didn't even seem to care! I have spoken to my bank to try and get a chargeback raised and I hope to receive the money from either the merchant or the bank.

UPDATE

The merchant ended up contesting it by providing the same tracking details that they gave me to say that it had been delivered (it might have been delivered but not to me), anyway, the bank contested it and I got my money back.

Paid for quick delivery (1-2 days). Took more than 3 weeks. No reply to my first chasing email. Second email sent through PayPal. Still no reply but the items were posted soon after. Completely unreliable, uncommunicative and unhelpful. Avoid if at all possible.

I live in Switzerland, where all medications cost a fortune. I wanted a number of items from the A Vogel natural medicine range , looked online and found that Express Chemists had everything at a reasonable price and would send abroad. After i placed the order, i saw lots of poor reviews and my heart sank BUT i am happy to say the parcel arrived within the week. the cost of 7 items including postage is equal to me buying just one product here (!!!! crazy), the company kept me informed the whole time. I am thrilled. Will definitely use them again.

Placed an order for some cream at the weekend. Expected it to be sent out Monday. Nothing has arrived and no replies to emails. Would assume it's a scam now.

Ordered for the first time and the service was fantastic from dispatch to delivery and email on how to take my medication.

Their online department is extremely helpful, I was rather surprised with their fast service in terms of customer service and delivery, even during the festive season. Products are perfect as described, correctly delivered and well priced.
