Knights Birmingham Road Pharmacy

I found that 'up to date' opening hours are posted on the Pharmacy door and clearly state the correct opening time as 9.30 a.m. on Saturdays. I checked this with the Pharmacist and she confirmed that their website also shows the correct time and Google is wrong and is still giving 9.00 a.m. as the time on Saturdays. Please amend your times Google!

Pharmacist has brag between 1 and 2 for 30mins during which nothing behind the counter it prescriptions work be dispensed

Have only recently joined this Pharmacy after becoming totally disillusioned with my previous pharmacy and what a difference. Helpful , willing, prompt and they answer the telephone. The delivery service has been excellent and I am delighted to have made the move.

Went for a flu jab. There was no waiting and I didn't even feel the needle go in!! Very prompt and efficient.

Excellent pharmacy and the staff are brilliant! Went there to pick up prescription and get eye drops for Hayfever - the pharmacist took the time to explain what the eye drop does and looks like someone who goes the extra mile. So refreshing to see - in this fast paced, business oriented world.

I can’t fault this pharmacy. Always so helpful and friendly. The pharmacist himself is also very helpful and his advice is brilliant.

I have to say that the pharmacist Mark is excellent. He is helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. He is my go to pharmacist, I always seek advice rather than booking gp appointments.
