I took my son here for his 2nd jab and we found the service exceptional. Very friendly and well organised staff. The Chemist and owner of the pharmacy put my 16yr old son at ease and informed us how the vaccine works and we all had a lovely chat about our name being the same as the chemist. We are of no relation as it turns out. We will definitely be coming back to get our boosters.

Today I took my 3 children to have their covid jab, the staff were all friendly. After waiting for over an hour we were seen by the pharmacist, initially the pharmacist was professional joking with the children making them feel at ease at the end of the appointment they were all offered a lolly he invited my son to take it from him, at this point the man lost it came charging through the counter and physically grabbed hold of my son and ejected him from the room, the manager asked the pharmacist to let go and got him back into the room. The manager was very apologetic to me, the pharmacist however His reasoning behind loosing his mind and grabbing my son- he is stressed out with the work load. How utterly unprofessional and unnecessary. Will be making a formal complaint.

Went here for a private flu jab. There was no option of booking online so decided to walk in after my parents had walked in a few days ago.
We got there and the man checking people in took one look at us asked us if we had a booking (no idea how this is possible as I already looked online) and said there is nothing available until 2nd October. Which happens to be tomorrow but he didn’t offer for us to book in (unlike other pharmacies we went to who didn’t have availability), he just wanted us to leave.

Anyway we went to Peters pharmacy which was much nicer despite the fact they were actually busy.

All Pharmacies have been under a great deal of pressure with COVID vaccines and offering a full range of health services. This is my chosen one and have found them excellent despite having to deal with multiple issues adding to their daily workload. I would always chose this one above all others around and my situation means I am there a lot more than most. I do not recognise some of the bad reports here and yet I am familiar with all the staff there personally and cannot imagine them being rude or disrespectful. Fully recommend this Pharmacy to all!

This morning my partner and myself had our 2nd Covid Boosters and we were also offered the flu jab which we also took up
I would like to thank everyone for making this possible and a pleasant experience and thanks to the boss man for making us smile with a great sense of humour
Highly recommend your pharmacy as the place to go much easier than the GP practice

Piyush the vaccine consultant has been absolutely fabulous. He's very knowledgeable and thorough about the vaccine requirements and took time to explain everything to me. Well worth a visit if you're going abroad especially during these times.

We have been customers of this chemist for around 15 years & their assistance and advice over the years has proved invaluable. I prefer to consult
them first before contacting the GP surgery especially during Covid as we can at least see them face to face. All the staff are very knowledgeable and so helpful. I can not praise them highly enough, especially Chirag.
