Regularly mess up my repeat prescription.
Pharmacy staff refuse to talk to customers directly, preferring to speak to the counter staff so that they pass on any information instead. We can see the top of your head over the dispensary area you know! Come and talk yo your customers when you get things wrong and stop hiding !!

Absolutely appalling service.

I had to return four times for one prescription - it would have been five, except I opted to wait for the delivery guy to unload his van and the staff to open all the boxes.

This was AFTER being guaranteed that the missing items would be there by 5.30pm the previous day.

Terrible. Avoid like the plague.

Very helpful staff and good range of quality perfumes. Pity the card points cannot be used to part pay for items. Points can only be redeemed on items of equal or less value.

Stinking attitude when they have made mistakes, make you wait forever for prescriptions even when chemist is empty. I have never known such rude workers in a business

Never any staff, slow service. Been 4 times to pick a prescription up in the last week and no one to dispense it.Long queues of people having the same problem. Rubbish service

Absolutely useless. Always acting like the customer's presence is a massive inconvenience. When they don't have a medication from your prescription in stock and they know they won't have it for months, they fail to inform you about it unless you enquire yourself why is it taking so long.

Helpful staff.
On an average day they are very busy but try to serve you as soon
as possible.

Had flu jab here. Very quick. Staff friendly and helpful. Recommend
