Hi Bal, it's Matt & Dianne Dobney, we came in for flu jabs today, and just wanted to thank you dearly for being so nice and also thank for running such a wonderful, helpful, friendly, courteous, efficient and very friendly chemists with excellent levels of customer service & support all round with a lovely friendly team of staff !! Amazing customer service!!! It was 10 minutes on Friday before the store was closing and i rang to ask a question about a prescription i needed to pick up, and the guy on the phone drove to my house after he finished work to give me the prescription (As it would have taken me around 20 minute to walk there), meaning I didn't have to wait till Monday

Came in for my travel vaccines, G.S. was super informative and the shots were given with a light hand, absolutely no pain! The team here at Lowmoor Pharmacy gave us great service, I’d recommend this clinic time and time over.

On Thursday had to visit the chemist with a prescription for myself. I had ran out of medication the day before and it was only a prescription that could be issued by my consultant. I didn't know this my error. And so had to puck up the prescription and take to the chemist. My liver nurse had said I may not get it that day. But the chemist were excellent it was issued there and then. Was expecting to have to leave it there. The lady who served me got it sortef with the pharmacist and we had a laugh about it too. Staff always friendly and polite. Thank you.
