Spires Pharmacy

The staff at this pharmacy are providing a fantastic service in the face of the very difficult pandemic. Overall I have always had a positive experience and been treated with care, respect and attention. Sometimes, minor issues may crop up as they have to follow government guidelines, socially distance, deal with supply shortages etc. but a lot of this is out of their control and they are doing their best to serve the local community in their time of need. Keep up the good work and thanks.

Ridiculous, never have prescription ready, always confusion over medication long wait times, ridiculously over priced, the whole shop needs a good clean. The lady on the counter is rude, abrupt and the pharmacist doesn't know what hes doing or what hes dispensing.

The staff are friendly and polite here. We have been going through the whole of both lockdowns and they have been extremely helpful and accommodating in these unprecedented times.
Just want to thank all who work there!

Completely wasted my time, I called hours before collecting the prescription to confirm if they had the medication available the confirmed, I went to pick it up and was told to wait for a long time only to be told a complete lie about them mentioning it was a cream and not an ointment. Luckily the taxi arrived in was local and drove me to a second pharmacy where I had no problems getting my medication. Money and time wasters. They were not apologetic at all and had no empathy in this situation. The other staff seemed to have tried their best but the actual person (Richard) had completely wasted my time.

This is a really lovely pharmacy, they are extremely helpful and are not appreciated enough. thank you!
