I had to move pharmacy they are very disorganized. lost prescription's and I've had items from other patients. go to Newbridge pharmacy the difference is like night and day.

Fantastic service from them during this awful time. Unable to pick up prescription due to self isolation however they went out of their way to facilitate this. So grateful for their professionalism and care. God bless.

Unfortunately the service provided by this chemist is appalling , the medication is all mixed up and never despatched on time
In one case they had no idea what days some medication was taken and had to ask myself - it should be referred to a consumer watch dog before they prescribe the wrong medication to the wrong patient since this so called professional service is not acceptable
They are dispensing medicine that has not been checked by a qualified pharmacist

Negative rating is down to just how appalling these guys are in terms of picking up the phone. Every month for a year it takes several attempts to get through. Just get an answering machine sorted if you can't be bothered to ever pick up the phone!

I have for the last 3 - 4 years or so had an arrangement with Jhoots, Newbridge Surgery, Wolverhampton to deliver my tablets every 3 months when I need renewal of my prescription. They have constantly missed the delivery date and I have to chase them, almost every time. I have been delivered tablets that I did not request. They are so inept and unprofessional. I am writing this today since they failed to deliver my tablets yesterday and I will run out of tablets tomorrow, a Sunday. I would not bother to use them again if I had another alternative. They are a complete waste of time.

Went in to collect some Lateral Flow Tests this morning for my son and the lady behind the desk was very polite & helpful. Have used the pharmacy many times and never had any issues.

Posting on behalf of a customer that has no internet happy to help as we supplied an emergency medication as the customer had ran out and couldn’t get an appointment it’s lovely to go the extra mile and help our regular customers please post your good experiences as there is just too much negativity out there in these unfortunate times STAY SAFE ! 😊

Popped in to collect some Covid-19 tests very friendly and helpful staff explained very well on how to use the tests will be stopping by again 👍
